- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Very bad experience with a sale assistant. There isi this lady at the till that is always grumpy, moody and very unpleasant. I was doing my shopping today and she didnt even had bags on her till, I had to go around the tills and get some. I ve asked her if I as customer should prepare her till and she said she just opened and didnt have time to prepare... Not happy with my comment, she started throwing my things, obviously not "help packing" given, and when I ve asked to stop throwing my things she answered " I m rushing!". Ok she is rushing, she isnt happy, she is grumpy and very rude, so why is she still working as sale assistant? Extremely disappointed and of course I wont return to that shop ever again( Poundland Burnt Oak). Hope in the future the hiring management will hire proper staff that smiles and is polite. To smile doesnt cost a penny and be polite with customers worths a fortune.By Admin, October 10, 2020
