good.GP efficient at following up treatment.
One thing I would suggest that some other practices do is to
mark the files of patients with long-term chronic and acute illnesses so that
they receive quick
routine appointments
and someday urgent appointments when they ring up ie they get priority over other patients who do not fall into these categories.
